When purchasing a mobile or modular home it is important to verify that the seller has an Affidavit of Affixture. This document states that the home is permanently attached to the land. I truely believe that Mitch looked out for my interests throughout the entire process. I did not come to terms on the first place I made an offer, but was able to on the second. During both negotiations, Mitch kept encouraging me to slow down the process, not get ahead of myself, and make sure I got the best deal I possibly could.
